Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were really worthwhile, offering a clean and comfortable space, but they felt somewhat like a gas station bathroom. The service was really attentive and friendly, which was a major plus, although there was a slight drawback as one staff member was brash and unhelpful. The location on the lagoon was immaculate, being in one of the most beautiful areas with breathtaking views. However, the dining experience fell short with watered-down orange juice and limited fruit portions while the facilities overall were decent.
My stay at the hotel was simply spectacular. The rooms were amazing, well ventilated, and boasting views over the lagoon. The service was truly exceptional, with a staff always happy to assist and provide a wonderful experience. The location couldn't have been better, nestled in one of the most beautiful areas of the lagoon. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with watered-down orange juice and limited breakfast options.
